Whether your audio file is corrupted, contains dropouts, glitches or some signal/ data needs to be identified and extracted, with our extended skillset (see ABOUT section) we are able to go beyond that what available software can do (and some engineers then give up).
As long as your request is not against laws of math/physics we do that.
This service is usually a part of the RE-MASTERING one.

The procedure is as follows:

- leave contact details (email/phone no) and short message (our file transferring service allows to do that) that you want to try our Audio Repair Service
- get ready to hear with a preview/snippet how it can be done professionally!
How To Buy
For new clients only the procedure is as follows:
- contact us first, using our online chat or CONTACT form and:
- provide information on what you want to repair (source medium/format, type of damage, total time of affected audio, etc.)
- request a quote based on information you provided above
- ask about current discounts (you can be surprised!)
- let us get familiar with your audio by uploading it HERE – do not undervalue this step, it will vastly help to get the most out of any service (more on this on our FAQ page, section B)
- upon scope agreement you receive up-front fee invoice and pay to get started
- upon work completion you receive fixed programme for review
- upon work acceptance you receive remaining-fee invoice and pay to get the repaired tracks and enjoy them!
Existing clients are entitled for very individual approach/benefits, and already know the process, usually tailored to their specific needs.
