We do not learn on your music
We have undergone a very long way since we started to work with sound and audio almost 40 years ago. Four decades of vast engineering and critical listening experience, mind/skillset built around sound and music, approved by the best in business (more on it under ABOUT section) are remarkable piece of assets you can not easily find anywhere on the planet. Such a solid foundation, strong abilities and a little talent allowed us to launch joined service with one of the most respected names in the field (see here). Instead, we will guide your musical vision through to the finished product by hearing what you are trying to say through your music.

We always preserve the best possible quality
“Do no harm” is one of our most respected principles at Sonic Science Lab. Design experience and deep understanding of how digital and analog audio works (more on it under ABOUT section) allows us to choose always the best approach and tools to accomplish the job, quality-wise. We support our ears with state of the art knowledge in order to avoid bias and any additional/redundant processing that is not absolutely required. Thatʼs why we never use specific tools or chains just for the sake of using them (quite common approach), knowing when and, more importantly, why such kind of proceeding might work or not. Thatʼs why we never do a flat conversion from master file to lossy format (quite common approach, too), knowing codecs specifics. More on this topic in our extensive FAQ section.
We always promote transparent communication along with transparent pricing
If the job takes less than it was committed before (for example fixed price), we charge less! If delivered mixes are perfect and directly ready for sign off we do that right away, at no charge! It works both ways however- if some tasks look like they can take substantially longer than booked, we communicate that immediately with a detailed explanation why, to make sure all engaged parties have full understanding of the issue and its possible resolutions.
